Negotiations are progressing; we have agreed to 4 items within the last 3
meetings. The discussion on health care with the County and how it relates to our
wages was the topic of discussion at the last meeting.
I am cautiously optimistic that we can move forward due to some of the options that were laid out by the County and the College within our discussions.

Vote Cope Campaign
|Vote-Cope is a powerful committee that gives us, the FFECC, greater influence in places where the debate frames our future in public higher education. Your voluntary contribution to Vote-Cope gives us access to lobbyists to work on our specific needs. That ability to advocate for legislation and necessary funding will be crucial to not only our members but also the students we serve.|
